Sleep with the fishes

A castoff Capp Street mattress turned canvas this week after amassing a collection of passive aggressive notes.

Capp Street resident Dan tells me the original owner left the soiled-looking mattress with a free sign, prompting angry notes in response. And then, well, someone decided to paint fish on it.

Hoping this is the newest street-art trend. There are plenty of mattresses to choose from, Picassos.
