A man died early Tuesday morning following a shooting near the intersection of 20th and Shotwell streets, police said.
The injured man was shot sometime around 4 a.m. and taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to San Francisco Police spokeswoman Grace Gatpandan. Photos shared by the Twitter account for nearby Shotwell’s bar show that at least one of the bullets went through the glass front door of a nearby business.
Police released few other details about the shooting this morning, including what led up to it, saying the incident was under investigation.
