Another pit stop

Mission Pit Stop, the city program that has been bringing public toilets to problem areas of the neighborhood, has expanded to a third location. As of Monday, portable toilets are being brought to the block of Mission Street between 17th and 18th. Since last year, Mission Pit Stop has been trucking in toilets to 16th at Capp Street during certain weekday hours as well as staffing the green self-cleaning toilet near the west side entrance to the 16th Street BART station.
