Just how do these crosswalk instructions work?

Plastic ray gun, work glove and one incredibly bizarre note that was left tied to crosswalk button at 16th and Capp Street this weekend. Some excerpts:
- Hooker Willy Wonker
- Gut dirt remover
- Suck it out
- Blows to overnight stay or a hit crumbles
I used to live on the 300 block of Capp Street (before they put in traffic lights on Capp/18th). I love this blog!!!!
